After you purchase your plan you will receive a short project brief to fill out and return. BGD will reach out if you request a kickoff call before project design begins.

After you purchase a Plan, the following business day BGD will email you a short project brief to capture what your project needs are. No need to learn and sign up for a client portal app. Once received back we will review it and get started on design(s). If you request a kick off call before design starts, BGD will contact you to confirm a time you have indicated in the project brief.
Hours are calculated by the total time spent BGD is working on the project and hours are only deducted for BGD’s time. Hours are not deducted when waiting on client feedback. Balance of remaining hours are communicated to you throughout the project.
Due to the nature of creative work and Plans set hours, refunds are not available. If you are unsure which Plan is right for you or need custom hours, please contact us. Please read full Terms of Service.
BGD offers print design, logo design, brand identity, apparel design i.e. T-Shirts and trade show apparel, environmental design i.e. trade show banners, signs, billboards, etc., social media assets and ads, slide decks and most digital design. BGD also offers production service (if you have a layout such as a brochure and need it developed into a digital design file). Basic websites and basic video editing may be possible but please contact us first to discuss more. If you have any specific need, let us know to see if we can help.
Once you receive a design to review, simply reply with any edits in 1-2 business days and BGD will update the design. All Plans except the Lite Plan included unlimited edits. Basic websites and video are subject to limited edits.
As long as the design requests can be completed within the set hours of the Plan you can have multiple design requests. It is always best to contact BGD if you are unsure before purchasing a Plan. i.e. “I need a logo and a business card” would be two requests.
For the Gold and Platinum Plans only, BGD can send an invoice for 50% due at the beginning of the project and 50% due at the half way point of the project with client agreement to use all hours in that Plan. Contact us for more information or additional questions.
Copy/content should be provided by the client. However, BGD may be able to assist with producing small amounts of copy/content. Please contact us for more information or additional questions.
Yes. You don’t need to feel limited in communication. Contact us ahead of time to schedule a call if requested.
For a separate cost from your Plan purchased, BGD can have your projects produced and shipped to you, i.e. business cards, postcards, brochures, trade show banners and more. Hours for this service are separate cost(s) from your Plan purchased. Contact us with questions.
